Consumer-brand finance.
Safa’s initial focus is retailer and distributor deductions for U.S. consumer brands, including food, beverage, beauty, personal care and household products. International requirements are assessed separately.
Confirm the work and the systems.
Specify the customer accounts, deduction categories, source records, access method and responsible owners. Integration and retailer coverage are confirmed individually; references in educational guides do not establish a supported connection or a commercial partnership.
Define authority and completion.
A written scope should distinguish preparation, customer review, authorized submission, response tracking and reconciliation. Establish which actions require approval and what external evidence confirms completion.
Product availability.
Safa’s product experience is being developed. Website examples explain the approach using fictional records. The website does not connect financial accounts, submit disputes or change accounting records. Availability, delivery and implementation are confirmed in writing before an engagement.
Plan the review.
Agree the workload, evaluation period, reporting cadence, data-handling requirements and escalation process. Measure the complete set of cases, including valid deductions, unresolved questions and reversals.
Explore implementation planning or contact sales to discuss your requirements.
